Dog and animals
You can take your dog or pet with you. However, you have to book a whole compartment, just for you or shared with friends/family members. Your dog will travel with 29 euros calculated. Simply add it under "who is travelling" on the ÖBB booking page.
Bicycle
You can simply add the ticket for your bike on the ÖBB booking page ("wer fährt"). The bicycle in a bicycle parking space is charged with 12 Euro extra calculated. Of course, you can also take your bike disassembled or folded up in a bag as normal luggage. However, I recommend a private compartment.
Car and motorbike
Unfortunately, you cannot take your car or motorbike on this night train connection.

Night train regulation
You only need to enter the departure date in your Interrail/Eurail Pass. Not the date of arrival. You will therefore spend on your pass only one travel daywhich is the day of departure. You can also use other trains on this departure day.
Example: you travel from Graz to Vienna in the morning of 20 July. Spend the day sightseeing in Vienna. And in the evening you take the night train to Paris. On 21 July you arrive in Paris in the morning. The travel day you enter is only 20 July.
Flight from Vienna to Paris
Of course you can also fly the route from Vienna to Paris. The flight time is around 2 hours. Then there is the way from Vienna city centre to the airport. The same in Paris, from the airport to the city centre. Be there in good time, check-in, etc.

No, that's not possible. You buy a ticket for the night train, which is only valid for a specific day and type of accommodation.
But you can find cheap train tickets (if you book early) for example here on Omio for direct trains from Vienna to Salzburg or Munich.
And then book the night train ticket from Salzburg/Munich to Paris.

Unfortunately, this is not possible at any of the specified sales outlets, but it is possible from Vienna.

There is construction work along the route in the Austria/Germany area.
The Nightjet can only be booked if ÖBB is absolutely sure that it can run on said date.
If it is not, the train has not yet been released for booking. You have to check again and again at short notice. Not ideal, but unfortunately that's the way it is.
At best, you can ask ÖBB directly about your travel date.

Yes, this is possible and absolutely no problem.
Departure from Rosenheim is at 23:27, so it's still quite pleasant to have a relaxed sleep. On the platform you will find a carriage indicator with a carriage number, which makes boarding easier. Your train ticket has your carriage number and compartment number printed on it. So you simply wait at the appropriate section of the platform.
In Rosenheim itself, there is then also not much going on at boarding. Therefore, it is relaxed and a train employee will check your ticket and help you.

You can scroll to the right and find the seating, couchette and sleeping cars.
At St. Pölten station you have the "carriage status indicator" in classic paper form (which shows the same thing as the link above). On the platform itself, before the train arrives, you can see on the display where which carriage will arrive.
For safety's sake: if you are standing absolutely wrong, board the train anyway. You can walk through the train and thus not miss the departure.
