You can take animals (cats and dogs) with you on this overnight train, either in the seating carriage or in the private sleeper compartment, in areas specially designated for animals. You must select these when booking your train ticket.

Bicycle
You can pack your bike in a transport bag and are responsible for transporting it yourself. The size of the bag must not exceed 140 x 140 x 95 cm. You must book a private sleeper compartment for this. In my experience, such a bag fits well in a sleeper compartment. It is not permitted to place the bag in the aisle.

Car and motorbike
No cars or motorbikes can be taken on this night train.

On average, the train is cheaper. When making an honest calculation, also take into account the departure to and from the airport to the city centre. You need one hotel night less when travelling by night train. What's more, the damage you do to the environment by flying is priceless. However, it has to be said that you can now also book quite cheap flights on this route.
Flight from Stockholm to Narvik
Of course, you can also travel from Stockholm to Narvik by plane. The flight takes around two hours. There is also the journey from Stockholm city centre to the airport. This costs around EUR 25 on the Arlanda Express. The same applies to Narvik, from the airport back to the city centre. This costs 30 EUR by bus and takes 50 minutes. Be there in good time, check in etc.
That is of course not sustainableto take a quick flight on a subsidised plane. Everyone has to decide for themselves where they want to start doing something for planet Earth. And on this route, from Stockholm to Narvik, it's quite simple.
